Richard F. Ward, President

President and Founder of RBI Construction. Rick's philosophy and vision are the guiding forces behind RBI's commitment to provide the most cost effective construction methods and highest quality projects for our Clients. Rick is responsible for Client Relations, Contract Management and the Financial and Moral Integrity of the company. His many years of commercial construction and Project Management experience complement his hands on involvement in our wide range of projects. He has qualified RBI Construction for Contractor licenses in Eight States.

Jim Bray, Vice President of Operations

Vice President of Operations and Project Manager. Responsible for company operations and Project Management. A firm believer in continuing education, Jim graduated from the University of Washington Project Management and Construction Management programs. He has also participated in the AGC Seattle Chapter continuing education programs. With strong communication skills, Jim is committed to the latest techniques and methods to insure successful projects. Jim has been a valued member of RBI Construction from its inception.

Marsha Nelson, Senior Office Manager

Office Manager. Marsha is an integral member of our management team. In addition to her Office Manager duties, she is also the accounts manager. Through her knowledge of accounting software and construction applications, Marsha provides comprehensive job costing and billing. Marsha has been a valued member of RBI Construction from its inception.

Dean Odenthal, Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator. Dean's strong Civil Engineering background combined with his Superintendent and Project Management experience enable RBI to provide clients with estimating services from conceptual budgets to hard bid proposals. Dean has been a valued RBI team member since 1992.

Paul Deems, Project Manager

Project Manager and Marketing Director. Paul's broad experience in construction from Carpenter, Superintendent to Project Manager lends itself to his abilities to conceptualize a project from beginning to finish. His varied management skills assure that projects are well thought out and scheduled to realize the utmost in efficiency. Paul completed the Project Management course at City University in 2000. Paul has been a valued RBI team member since 2000.

Robert Lyons, Superintendent

Superintendent. Bob Lyons is considered RBI Constructions top professional in the field. Bob has superintended more than 60 projects in five states, from tenant improvements to new freestanding buildings. Some of Bob's projects include Newport Bay Restaurant, Fleming's Prime Steak House, Kinko's Copy Centers and Blockbuster Video stores. Bob has been a valued RBI team member since 1989.

Rick Berglund, Superintendent

Project Superintendent. Rick lends his vast experience in restaurant construction to complement RBI's restaurant construction focus. Some of Rick's most recent projects have been the Coho Cafe, Fire Creek Grill at River Bend Golf Course and the Cash & Carry store in Tukwila. Rick has been a valued team member since 1999.

John Roach, Superintendent

Project Superintendent. John has worked his way up through the ranks to become RBI's Tenant Improvement specialist. John has experience in projects from Healthcare to Restaurants. His determination and hard work assure that fast track projects are pushed to remain on schedule and within budget. John has been a valued team member since 1994.
